Our Online Anatomy for Pilates Course was designed to give you a foundation of anatomy to assist you in the understanding of how the body works and moves in your Pilates training.
Lead by Lisa Fitzpatrick, physiotherapist and Yoga Teacher she will go through the bones, joints, muscles, foundational Anatomy for Pilates and Injury management and prevention.
This is approximately a 5-hour online course with 5 modules. Each module includes videos a power point presentation, visuals and a quiz to suit all learning styles.

You sure can! and we welcome those wanting to make a career change or perhaps you just want to deepen your own knowledge of Anatomy and or Pilates. Our Anatomy for Pilates and Matwork course will provide you with all the knowledge you need to have a strong foundation and understanding of the body and movement. We welcome Fitness Instructors wanting to add a new skill, those wanting a career change and the lovers of all things pilates.
Once you have completed all the online videos and Quizzes you will receive a Certificate of Completion for the One Family Yoga, Pilates & Fitness course you complete (Online and Face to Face). Currently our Reformer Pilates course is registered with AUSactive for 15 CEC’s. One Family Yoga, Pilates & Fitness courses are recognised in gyms and pilates studios around Australia.
Our online anatomy for Pilates course is 100% online and is part of the pre-course work for our Matwork Pilates course and or if you are wanting to jump straight into our Reformer Pilates course without any fitness qualifications. All Face to Face trainings take place in our studio, 105 Seville Rd, Holland Park, Brisbane, QLD. The post course work can be done in the One Family Studio, at home or another Gym or Pilates Studio.
